Krillion Puffer Party
Puffer Party turns Krillion into a party game. Name an answer to the category, pass the puffer before it pops, and be the last one floating. Host a room above and send your friends the code.
How to play Puffer Party
- Open a room. Pick a name and a sea creature, press Host a room, and share the four-letter code or invite link.
- Wake the puffer. Once two or more players have a seat, the host starts the game. After a 3-second countdown the first category appears.
- Answer to pass. Only the player holding the puffer can answer. A correct answer that nobody has said yet in this category sends it to the next player.
- Watch it swell. The fuse is hidden. The puffer grows as it burns, and the screen edges flash red when time is nearly up.
- Pop! If it bursts on you, you lose a heart. The next player finishes the old category, then a new one appears.
- Last one floating wins. Lose every heart and you are out. Rare answers fill a meter that can earn you a spare heart.
Room settings
The host can change these between games:
- Lives: hearts each player starts with (1 to 5, default 2).
- Min. turn: time you always get after catching the puffer (4 to 15 seconds, default 8).
- Seats: up to 10 players per room.
- Heart cap and points per heart: how many hearts you can hold, and how many rarity points earn a spare.
Tips for surviving the puffer
- Answer fast. Don't hunt for the perfect answer while the fuse burns. Practise speed with Krillion Unlimited.
- Keep a second answer ready. Your first pick is often taken by the time the puffer reaches you. Watch the list of answers already said under the category.

Frequently asked questions
What is Krillion Puffer Party?
Puffer Party is the multiplayer party mode of Krillion. Friends share a room and take turns naming an answer to the category on screen. A correct answer passes the puffer on. Whoever is holding it when it pops loses a heart, and the last player floating wins.
How do I play Puffer Party with friends?
Enter your name, press Host a room and send your friends the four-letter room code or the invite link. They type the code under Join, or open the link, and take a seat. When at least two players are in, the host wakes the puffer.
How long is the puffer’s fuse?
The fuse is hidden and different every time, somewhere between 12 and 30 seconds. Passing the puffer does not reset it, but whoever catches it always gets a short minimum turn, 8 seconds by default.
What happens if I give a wrong answer?
Nothing, except lost time. Answers that are not on our list, or that someone already said in this category, are turned away, and the puffer stays with you while the fuse keeps burning. Try another answer.
How do I earn an extra heart?
Rarer answers fill your meter faster: 10 points for a Surface answer up to 100 for an Abyssal one. Fill it to 300 points (the host can change this) and you get a spare heart.
Is Puffer Party free? Do I need an account?
It is free and there is no sign-up. Rooms close on their own after 30 minutes with nobody in them.
